The federal bankruptcy judge has just approved the Solv-Ex re-organization plan. The judge chastised the SEC in the process. The score now stands SOLV 3 SEC 0. What does the judge know that the majority of posters on this board don't? Certainly, he has been given volumes of information by both sides. Perhaps congressional hearings are the only way we can ferret out the misdeeds of the organization created to protect investors. For, in this case, they only protected the shorts and there whores. Raisio Chemical, a multi-billion dollar company, is prepared to now go ahead with an agreement for the titanium substitute.
