Looks like the float is somewhere in the low to mid 2M range. The news of teaming up with IBM did not do a whole lot for the stock (I believe it closed down today). Looks like there was some accumulation going on before the announcement though. Daily volume picked up considerably a few days before the news was published. Overall the company does not look that bad. Financials look decent (must be a competitive niche, 50M sales and clearing only 2%--including any charges or over expenditures). Product sounds sellable (obviously if IBM is teaming up with these guys), maybe just another "Ugly Duck" in need of recognition. JRo PS: The Ugly Duck I am working on has to wait. Work has gone ballistically crazy here this week.
