Kennedy brought us to the brink of nuclear war twice, embarrassed himself and the US so thoroughly in Vienna that the Soviets put up the Berlin War. He also put US troops in Vietnam. We now know that Kennedy was heavily drugged throughout his WH years and many suspect that caused his poor and eratic performance.
