Update.Checked with VSE and BC Securities Commission.Stock unable to trade due to cease trade status.As stock has been non-trading for more than 90 days, almost as much trouble to get up to snuff as it is to form new company. spoke with Nav again who says; 1..about CAD $80,000 owing in payables..including annual fees to VSE and BCSC,comfirming info from those sources 2..auditor is preparing financials and Nav will submit to VSE and BCSC as soon as done..hopeful on Friday of this week. 3..commitment to getting company up and listed as this is only way to salvage for shareholders. 4..BPI , run out of same office, seems to be well run, with USD$ 25,000,000 financing in works.
