mcic wins Embretal. this is very good news indeed. It also appears TEF consortium won 3 fixed wire-line cos and also some cellular cos. i also recall that TEF has some close relationship with mci/wcom.

do u expect mci/wcom might consider acquisition of TEF? this is only my own conjecture without any basis. Is it a ridiculous thought? anybody have comments?
