WAMA is a restaurant company (Mexican and Italian restaurants, around 40 in all, based in Houston). Lost their Nasdaq listing because they failed the minimum asset requirements. Did about $40 million in sales last year. Turnaround situation, sold off unprofitable properties, installed cost controls. ETPI (which also owns some Mexican restaurants) was rumored to be looking at them, but I think they've backed off to focus more on entertainment centers (they also didn't want to assume debt or dilute earnings). Price action makes it look like someone else may be sniffing around.
