Did not attend the meeting but have also heard that the plan has been approved in a joint teleconference with Canadian Court this afternoon. SEC portion was argued earlier in the day and the judge reportedly chastised SEC with something like "not a leg to stand on" and told them to leave the court as this was none of their business. Solv-ex has come out of bankruptcy with minimal dilution. Very soon we will be turn our shares in for the new certificates.
