I heard ICG is taking on a new company that just went public called IPVoice (IPVC). I saw what happened to AAFG when they first started with them. It went from 3/8 to 1.25. It may be worth buying some shares. I have not seen a message board for IPVC yet, so it may be a good time to get in before the buying starts.
