Hello Dumbmoney:
PPH--indeed it is! Wow! Ouch! Can't think of any graceful way out of this one. Voluntary delisting maybe? Has anyone had any experience with a clogging of the 'exits' with converters before (sounds like multiple parties hold the convertible)? At the least, all common shareholders stand aside, while conversion ratios their equity to cents on the dollar. Maybe the convertible holders can divide and keep reassigning their rights so that none violate the 4.9% ownership trigger....
Thanks for the news. I learning as I go.
Best regards,
m
