Rumours from supposed good sources (like er.... brokers????) perpetuate the story that yes a takeover is a sure thing. I was told several months ago that it was going to happen for sure. Recently, I have been assured that the price will be at least $10-13 in cash or equivalent in buyer stock. I don't know what to believe except that since it is a good stock it is worth owning whatever happens. regards ziggy99
