I know how poorly DELL has done, Etc...

But I think the company is worth 83 Billion Dollars.

10 Times sales would be expensive.

In a bear market, DELL should trade at 5 times sales.

People talk about all of the free cash flow DELL has.
Well, they spent it all to buy back stock and have been decreasing the P/E. If times get tough, DELL could cut back quickly without being damaged by 50 days of inventory like the other box makers and their negative cash conversion cycle would help this situation too.
