I was out all afternoon, so could only keep up with the market by phone from the car. I expected the rally to hold through today, but was not surprised to see it fade late in the day. My favorite broker has a saying: "It's all bull-shit except for the last 20 minutes" or words to that effect. Read some interesting comments tonight. One analyst said the market is trying to ignore last Friday as if it never happened. Well, ignore it at your risk. It will be resolved. If not this month, then next. When I was in the office this morning I was looking at the Dec 725's. They were starting to look cheap in the 5's. Almost bought some. Found out later they went as high as 8. I've got to go out for a while. Have a sick youngster. Going out to get him his favorite foods. Check back later after I've had time to peruse IBD, WSJ, etc. Regards,
