I would like to take this opportunity to thank Taylor Smith of PNLK for helping me resolve my situation (remember? I'm the alleged student who supposedly wanted his membership fee back). Taylor was such a pleasure to speak with, and she took all the initiative in refunding my $360; she never told me to call so-and-so in the membership department, and she always spoke to me in a professional manner I didn't deserve. I'm sure Taylor had enough on her schedule without having to deal with me, but I was amazed at the speed at which she was able to credit my account. I would also like to thank PNLK for allowing this one bizarre exception. My apologies to Mr. Collardeau, Mr. Zagoren, PNLK and everyone else on this thread for any needlessly offensive comments I've posted before. Props to ABL (you know who you are) who is probably enjoying this PNLK soap opera. Sean T Kim
