Dug,

here is where things get confusing On 3-5-98 from a release titled "Lucent Westell to meet encoding standard"

<<A common ADSL architecture is part of Lucent's AnyMediaT platform, which will cover a variety of applications in a service provider's central office or remote location. Lucent's approach to integrated ADSL will culminate in the company's AnyMedia Access System being developed by Lucent's Bell Laboratories. In addition to ADSL service, the AnyMedia Access System will handle ordinary telephone service, ISDN service and broadband services on the same shelf in the switch or remote terminal>>

I am under the impression that the AnyMedia platform is Lucent's But I am under the impression that it will host wstl equip.

The dr has stated that an ADSL solution for the exsisting switches is an lu/wstl solution. MZ reinforced that in the cc.

My thought here is that when Lu deploys AnyMedia switches if they will host wstl equip. Wstl will be an option for a second source supply..
