You're right about the volatility this company faces with the simple decision of the Venezuelan government. To the best of my knowledge, based on what a company official told me was that trading in Toronto will start only after filing the proper documents to meet OSC standards. This has not been possible yet because of slow feedback from the Federal government in Venezuela.
One thing is for sure, it's quite the waiting game.
