I have trouble believing that the takeover price is $6 - $8 a share. I'm not saying the company isn't worth it or that you info is incorrect-- but everything I've learned about stocks is that the current price reflects all public information that is available. Therefore if it is public knowledge that the ADMR is being bought out for $7 (comprimise)this information should already be discounted in the stock price. If the company told you that, then something else is going on that we're unaware of. Doug
