DENVER, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Nanopierce Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NPCT - news) today announced that it has commenced the application of the initial $500,000.00 installment of its $8.5 Million Financing.

The Company's recently completed staged financing permits the Company to draw down funding, based upon its financial requirements and the market price of its common stock. This structure is designed to minimize the dilution on the outstanding common shares of the Company
and maximize shareholder value.

Mr. Gilbert Olachea, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nanopierce, stated, ''Our recently completed financing, permits the Company to access funding when and as required at a time of our choosing, coordinated with the market price of our stock.''
