I don't have much faith in TA myself. I've always regarded PD as a buy whenever it falls under 25 CDN. I'm amazed at how low it is now. I couldn't resist today and bought some Jan calls. I wouldn't count on it going down to 17. If it does, I'll sell all my Dell and jump in big time.
