But should the question be - when can convert buyers short against the block. Also, remember, since this was an off-shore placement, funy things can happen. I realize these are not Reg S, but with laxer overseas rules/less audit trail & the fact that most of us never get physical certificates, selling restricted shares is a lot more common than most people realize.
