Most of the selling i do is based not only on profits but certain market intervals, irregardless of stock prices and to acquire other stocks that present special situations and it really is not all that accurate a technique. It keeps me disciplined and moving.

The few shares sold although profitable was part of a general sell down as i had posted and it will be time to go shopping soon. Buying is more enjoyable to me, the selling-- boom its done not really fun even if it is profitable.

short term negatives have prevailed and very soon after this 3.5 area is tested but i do not see real distribution occurring until the 7-8$ area when or if most of the dilutive effect of the series B convertibles take effect. but technically you could classify this as short term distributive pattern especially considering the # of times it has occurred( what 5-6 X now?).
