BTW, the rich Bill is counter suing the States for Legal bills.

Actually it's a company with a fiscal responsibility to its owners suing to recover legal costs from entities that can spend virtually unlimited sums of public money to attack it. The Richest Man in the World, William H. Gates III, just happens to be a shareholder. So am I.
