I hope that you are incorrect about the selection of stocks that
are halted. However, in spite of a rapid rise, CTQ for example
was not halted as far as I know. Of course, it is on Toronto, and
maybe that makes a difference.

In any event, I spoke to the company today, and was informed that
the VSE just wanted some clarification regarding the recent rise,
and one of the principals of the company just came back from being
out of town, and made a response to the VSE today. The stock
should re-open tomorrow. They remain quite enthusiastic,
and expect the final feasibility to be completed by the end of
Feb 97. Final dilution prior to production is estimated to
40 mill shares, and if they earn U.S. $3 per share, what is the
stock worth? Five times earnings? or more?
