Hi Van, Here's a good one from the 8-K filed 7-2-98: A copy of this Disclosure Statement with the annexed Plan (including all Exhibits to the Plan and this Disclosure Statement) is being distributed to all Impaired Creditors. In addition, a Ballot, together with a postage-paid return envelope, is enclosed with each copy of this Disclosure Statement being delivered to those Impaired Creditors that are entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan. CAI is picking up the postage! Well, no news yet. Could CAI still be counting votes? Or maybe JA & Company didn't get enough votes (2/3 required) and is now scheming what to do next.
