Good volume today +/- 100, 000 what is shaking out there ? I have been watching names of brokerage houses associated with trades a couple of names I haven't seen before.

Have any ideas on this uptake in volume and/or price remaining flat at 1 buck ?

Agree price should be higher given quality of properties SAF have under their belts.
