I thought I could salve some of the angst that the recent layoffs have caused. The layoffs don't necessarily mean that the financing is dead. The financing funds will not be available unless the stockholders okay the deal on the 16th. So, until that time there may be no money to pay the employees, even if the funds are all ready to go. My advice? Ignore the whole topic until the 16th.
