Sorry to disagree, but did you happen to notice who is third on that list? The FTC may act concerned, but in the back of their minds, my bet is they would like nothing better. Significant competition for MSFT is the holy grail. I'm not saying TLC will go after them or even that Cendant will put the division up for sale - just that if it should be available, TLC will buy it and the FTC will pass it. BTW, I'm not the only one who thinks this - and I'll leave it at that. Bulldozer
