Paul - You need to go to the other HVAR thread and read GaBard's analysis. He spent a lot of diligent time and IMHO gave us excellent DD. From his DD, he determined that there was approx. 17M shares in the float. That is up from about 3M shares. From what he determined, and as Laz also stated in an earlier post, the MMs seems to be holding a lot of shares. Until those are depleted, the share price will continue to fall. GaBard had reasoned that the share price would fall to probably .13. Of course, after today's trading, it seems it could go to Laz's figure of .07.

For the poster who requested info on why to buy this stock: HVAR has a lot of potential. With the 2 stores making money and promotions in the works, if the stores can show a profit for the next quarter, then there should be a small rise in the share price. Until then, there probably will be a downward trend until the MMs' supply of shares is low.

One more point. Someone alluded to the fact that Lebed has actually hurt the interest in this stock. I agree, and I indicated that to Jon. Those who are Lebed bashers are extremely skeptical of any stock that he recommends. They will bash Jon and hence the stock which does not bode well for those of us who are truly interested in the stock, and not the hype. I disagree however that the share price would be at .50 today if it hadn't been for Jon. I think that if you read GaBard's DD, the stock is where it is because of all the shares that were dumped in the float. I invested in this stock when the float was small, and the increase in the number of shares has diluted the price. Will the stock come back? We will have to wait and see how the stores perform. The potential is certainly there.
