Yeah, it is. Perhaps the M2 newswire picked it up a day late or worded it differently. It streams in real time, although I notice that newsalert.com sometimes beats them to the punch. It is the only way I know of to get Comtex free, though, as I used to pay $15/hr for Compuserve's access to Comtex.
