You might have something there Jim with the NASDAQ listing. We know they are desperate to get out of the OTC some they may try something unusual to do it. As far as the share count is concerned-wouldn't the share count the transfer agents state include both common and preferred shares? If this is so, then the R-144 share were converted into a lesser number of shares-ie maybe 5 million or so preferred shares.
