The only negative I see in the release is:

The Company's future financial results may fluctuate significantly due to increased spending, the amount and timing of product, contract and grant revenue, litigation related expenses and the amount and mix of products sold.

A lack of consistency isn't great for stock prices. But this may be mostly a boilerplate warning. We shall see.
