Troy, You are the lawyer. Tell me (us) if you would.... That the bankruptcy decision has no relation with the future actions that the SEC might be prompted to take against JR and Herbie. They are two distinct legal entities. This means, IMO, that the SEC is still able to proceed as they see fit. And I personally hope they lock both of these crooks up at the very least. SOLV, an individual under the law, has been cleared of the courts. This event says nothing about it's officers. JR and Herbie are going down IMO. Awaiting your opinion Gary
