Joe, I asked several questions, most about the risks involved with this stock. I asked if there would be another registration S he said no way. He said that they would start the ground work on property first: Paving to the already cut roads, lakes, landscaping etc. I think all is going according to business plan and that means slow and easy keep in mind that we need the Nasdaq BB and it will come with audited 10k filing with SEC. When the story gets out according to Boyar the stock is undervalued and "ridiculously low". Before you buy do your own DD. I personally am comfortable with my position and will add as I see company progressing with their business plan.
