Raisco is going ahead with the TI substitute? Where did you hear this? Where is SOLV going to get the raw materials for their process - now that they are lease-less?

What happened to the SOLV paper company? I figured they would use the TIO2 for themselves now?

The judge, and rightly so, told the SEC to leave the court. Their complaints are not germane in the bankruptcy hearings IMO. Fraud is a civil matter and does not fall under the bankruptcy courts jurisdiction.

What happened today is about as significant as the death of a bug on my windshield while driving home tonight. I'm sure trenz is shocked by this revelation.
