Can someone explain to me how one of the insiders that put up a $100k debenture recently is allowed to convert it in to stock at 10 cents. This is illogical. A stock that trades @.40 can grant the insider an option at .10 if he kicks in 100K. Sounds messed up to me. Or did i miss something in todays news release? IMO we'll see Roper touch the 20's tommorrow.
