Gary or anyone else trying to figure out which platform to use.

For what its worth I have traded with Real Tick III and Cybertrader. They both are great systems, and both get the job done assuming you have a reliable connection. There are some things I like better about Real Tick and some I like better about Cybertrader, but these are just personal preferences on small things.

I am staying with and currently trade using Cybertrader/Cyberbroker because the service has been exceptional. In the beginning I called them with a lot of questions and greatly appreciated the personal attention and immediate responses. I still get the same great service today when I call. I sense that they are constantly striving to improve an already great product and who knows they may even program into Cybertrader some of the pet things I like better in Real Tick. At least with Cybertrader it is a possibility.

I am happy to have heard that the competition is getting better at taking care of their clients than they did when I was with them, but with Cybertrader it has always been good. In my opinion there really is no reason to use anything other than Cybertrader. If you do go with Real Tick then my advise is carefully check out the front end company who will be servicing your account and, make sure you get the best connection you can afford to the data servers they use.
