Ok boys ante up, I'm holding just under 100,000 shares that I'm prepared to vote towards some honest director who'll act in everyone's best interest. Why not a very short term warrent issue to current shareholders to raise funds needed for this years drilling. If the company only needs $100,000 and with 16,000,000 shares outstanding a warrent to buy at 4 cents during next 60 days should bring in at least 8 million takers = $320,000. It stands to reason that issuing short term warrents to current shareholders would raise the necessary dollars without requiring a rollback and allow us to average down and participate without the fat cats skimming off the cream left.

Any comments? Would anyone else out there go for such a scheme and put up some more dollars to support APG.
