More accurate information than my last post is this. Dave Williams is the owner of the 4 mortgage firms in Nevada. They are currently called Realty Mortgage Corporation, or RMC Financial Services, in Nevada. Because his goal is to do business nationally, there are too many other companies in the country AND in his area to continue to call his company by its present name. So he is changing it to Mortgage Money Center.
Out of 339 mortgage companies in Nevada, they have been rated 15 by last tally. He's shooting for 10th. To estimate the amount of money that will be figured into PRWT's next quarterly statement, the amount of business done last year can be cut in half, then add 10% growth factor. His company was acquired with restricted shares that will remain restricted for for a period of 3 years. He said that it's a new company and he has talked to John about the news release not appearing in all news sources. A new management team is being retained to deal with all the new issues that are new to John. That was the incorrect website I posted earlier---which was for Realty Mortgage Group.
