Yeah ... This company is likely dead ... and that's why they are continuing with their acquisitions and everyday business operations while they're working on the SEC thing. Sorry, but it isn't dead unless it is laid to rest by the SEC, or management decides to fold. I can't see either scenario happening at this time. Let's all check back in 2 weeks to see what the verdict is. I-Am-I
