If the passage in 2 Sam 7:10 refers on some level to the Nation, when was it fulfilled "that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,"? Of course they were afflicted during WWII and then returned to the a place of their own. Some day they will be afflicted no more.
