In re-reading the last Q today I see that the Reg D deal was for 1.2 million units consisting of 1 share and 1 warrant to purchase a share at $7. Looks like someone has some motivation to keep the stock above $7, for a little while anyway.

Rarely see this kind of um, price activity with an "E" stock since they are already under the Naz microscope. Bizarre.
