Get in line, Buddy

Overlord, shmoverlord. It'll be 24 hours in purgatory for you, mister, if I ever take my lazy butt to Seattle and collect on my Webmaster-For-a-Day. Hummm, as I recall, the challenge for #reply-4000000 included dinner with Jill. If she stays in CAuliflower, I guess Seattle will just have to wait. <g>

Regarding some of the other posts here, and not meaning to speak out of turn, a problem with partial pages painting then stopping tends to be caused by lost packets due to a flaky route (bad router) between you and SI. Not much SI can do about that. The "top" of the page paints because it already exists in your browser cache. (I'll lay you odds that the failure is occurring somewhere on Alternet backbone.)

I have it on good authority that the issue with "Requsted page not found" is a SQL problem, the appropriate parties are (painfully) aware of it, and a fix in being worked on as we speak, er, type, er, whatever.

As to you, Underlord, clean up your act and I'll loan you a get-out-of-jail-free pass; I'm sure you'll be needing it before long. <ggg>
