Doug, FWIW The response that we have received is support of our actions is tremendous and in this process we are gathering information on who would be interested in participating in a PP if it came down to that. I can not speak for the other 2 gentlemen but I have very strong reason that they would feel the same way in that I would have to feel 99.9% positive that the money would be utilized in the best interest of the share holders and not put into some exec's pocket before I ever gave the Chuck Bankes seal of approval to such a deal. That would include an adeqaute knowledge of what brought us to this point and ensuring that substantial corrective actions takento ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Chuck
