Hello AJ, Thanks for posting part of your conversation with Barry Stein. The topic of financing is interesting and here are my thoughts:

The 4,000,000 shares have always been known to be investment stock and I have asked a Finance friend what that means. He says those shares can
be used to raise cash for the company - even by direct sales to the
public. If they are used to raise cash using an investment house,
they will be restricted from sale for a length of time (usually 1
year) but they can fetch more than the market price today for
FNTN. I would rather that this company raise enough capital
using their potential as a company rather than not engage fully in
expansion of business in a controlled and calculated manner.
While it will remain a matter of some concern till all is known
and digested, I dont think anything derogatory will happen. I just
dont see them floating an extra 50 million shares or something like
that. Raising needed funds using stock is IMO better than
borrowing if there is any danger of default on the loan. Stock sale is more expensive if the stock price is low but potential is huge. I think that in this matter we should trust the management to make a good decision. Financing is Barry's speciality, is it not?
