Dear Zeev, thanks once again for a most thorough post. There is obviously something fundamentally wrong with the company or else the share price would not be staying down at these dangerously low levels.

Of course in my previous posts I have been upbeat but that is only because I am a shareholder. Just today I was thinking like you that IELSF is trading perilously close to the $1.00 mark and they will be forced by NASDAQ to do a reverse split.

From my sources I am gathering that Geller the Chairman of IELSF is fast losing all credibility. The President is apparently working flat out to deal with both the operations side and the market. Geller it seems is fiddling while Rome burns.

On a more positive note I noticed the bids are getting larger so perhaps we have reached the bottom.
