As Norm has pointed out, the burden is on IAS to prove their claims. Of course, if they actually had a DWM product that didn't live up to the claims, they would be likely to face legal action from the FTC and the attorneys general in various states for false advertising.

In order to be free of the possibility of a rigged test, if I ever tested anything from IAS, it would have to be outside their office. Also, I have access to a lot of sophisticated test equipment in the labs where I work, but I don't think my boss would be very happy if grabbed a bunch of expensive test equipment and took it to Utah. I can just picture the scene: "Hey! Who swiped the FireBERDs?" "PM took them to Utah because someone on the Internet told him to." "PM better plan on finding another job there then!" So, no, I won't go to Utah to test DWM.
