My understanding is that you should avoid even clicking on unknown attachments before upgrading to the new Nav. You could also try Eudora mail. It's my understanding that it doesn't have the problem, probably due to less active attachments. Finally, does your machine have the horsepower for Win98? I do think it's a lot better than Win 3.1.
