Michael, Let me get the facts straight, I come on a public forum, in front of everyone, and share information regarding a company, I'm enthusiastic, I extoll all the virtues of the company, and I am accused of hyping.
You on the other hand use a phone, call clients, extoll the virtues of a company under the privacy of a phone conversation, and you call that sales. And you get paid for it, in the form of a commission.
Double standard?
Facts: Yes here are some facts.
I have never been paid by NVID or anyone associated with the company, I never solicited compensation, nor was I ever offered any.
In fact, when Mr. Bunte's contract with First Equity Group (PR FIRM) expired, we were discussing his need for exposure to the investment community. I had, at that time suggested that he look into developing a web site to diseminate information. He stated that they knew nothing about the Internet, in fact they had some computers in the office that supposedly had Email capability, but no one knew how to use it. I told him how much it would cost to build a website, who to contact, and that's as far as it went.
I at the time was in the process of building a website myself, and one of my intentions, was to allow companies to sponsor a company profile (a link to their website and due dilly info) for a fee, to help defray development costs and allow the site to remain free of charge.
I abandoned the idea, simply because I could not justify the conflict of interest, nor saw any way to write a subjective newsletter. I see several websites, and newsletters that do this, and I know that in the back of mind, they are being compensated. I don't feel it is wrong, nor do I pass judgment on those that choose that path, but it wasn't my way of doing business.
So, to take the time to defend myself is important, because I do place a high emphasis on credibility, and go out of my way to defend it. I view your, or anyones inference that I am less than honest as slander and defamation of character. I place my name, my family and my friends above money, always have, and always will.
Let me go on to say that I have offered many opinions to Mr.Bunte, because I emphasized his need to have better communications with his shareholders. I just recently suggested a conference call, even went so far as to call around and attain pricing information for him. To no avail.
I also brought him the idea of researching the bee problem that exists Worldwide. Even did a lot of research, including recruiting help for the project. We, offered up reams of information regarding the bee situation and who was working on it, what Universities were involved, the leading authorities, etc. Probably 80 man hours were devoted, all at no cost. The only solicitation that I offered was that if the bee project ever generates any cash flow, remember us in your last will and testament.
As for faxes, yep, I got one for edit and reveiw, it was regarding the bee problem. But I never traded on that information, before or after the news announcement.
As for other faxes, yes, he faxes those to me after they have already been released on the wire. In most cases I have already pulled the information up off my real time quote providers news wire. So it's old hat by the time he gets around to it.
Now as for questions to your knowing so much. What, does Mr. Bunte fax press releases to you before they hit the tape? Is that why you ask?
What as a broker, you look to this bulletin board for your facts? What happened to due diligence through the proper channels. Is this a new way of doing business? Independent broker, let's see, that means you have no house analysts to do your homework, so you come to the bulletin boards for facts?
As for how many shares I have? Classy question, from a class act?
Gee, how much money do you make a year? How much did you pay for your house? Is that real cashmere?
As for my average share cost, let's just say it is North of .44, how about you? Done any options early on? When did you start following the company? If it was before me, what made you buy, certainly not me.
No Michael, it appears you come on this board under the guise of being an investor, to cull information for your own gain. I'm doing my business in the open, not under any false pretense. I clearly state in my newsletter that I am invested in most of the highlighted stocks. I also made it clear on many an occassion, that I do not take, nor solicit compensation for featuring any stock.
But I don't think either you or I are the subject of this thread, what is, is the status of this company.
Enough said.
