re. EASTE, I honestly don't see the point in bothering with TA. It's a tiny tiny stock, with 3 M shares out and a float of 2 M.

Easily manipulated. Considering the business they are in, the co.'s officers very likely know what strings to pull to manipulate it, too.

Reading the filings, it has certain characterstics of EQMDE, which of course is still delisted after not filing. Specifically, both of these tiny companies had grandiose ideas of global operations, but didn't have the financial controls to get the numbers from the foreign operations in the rinky-dink countries, and therefore couldn't file.
