I understand. I'm sure I don't have all the details of what happened with Mike and N Base.
If I had to distill my feelings about N Base products down to one paragraph, it would be:
"Their previous products were a bit twitchy, but the current prod- ucts are much improved. If the company had some way to channel cus- tomer feedback to developers and had a more formal support channel, I would not hesitate to recommend their current products."
Perhaps there *is* a better support channel and I just don't know about it. I've sent in registration cards, N Base obviously knows who I am <grin>, and I check their web page frequently, so I don't think I missed it, but who knows. |
