They continue to sell non-core assets and are still on the look-out for a new CEO. Check their Investor Relations website, it's very informative. You can subscribe to an Email list.

I think BHP is on a good track now, the news and development over the last few months have been positive. The weakness in commodity prices obviously is a drag that is beyond their control. But should prices ever stabilize again, BHP will be positioned nicely because they retructured in these doomsdays.

I rate them "Accumulate", probably needs patience. No quick fixes to be expected, IMo.
